This group is currently on hold to honor the concerns of coronavirus.  I will post here when the group reconvenes.  If you would like to schedule an individual therapy session, you are welcome to do that.

Are you pregnant after having experienced a miscarriage(s), stillbirth and/or newborn loss? If so, have you noticed it’s difficult to connect with other pregnant “naïve” moms that do not understand your unique situation?

Join me at our monthly drop in group to find connection with other mamas walking a similar path. Pregnancy after loss can feel like the longest nine months in a mother’s life – you don’t need to do it alone. This group will provide support and understanding for you and your baby on your pregnancy journey. We will honor and acknowledge the unique fears and anxieties you’re experiencing, as well as celebrating the hope and joy of new life!

Monthly Drop In Group   This group is for PAL (pregnant after loss) mamas that are experiencing the very common and unique anxieties and fears that come with pregnancy after loss – feeling like you don’t fit in with other pregnant “naive” moms who have never had a loss, struggling to connect with your baby as you protect your heart against another possible loss, and wondering if there’s something “wrong” with you for having all of these mixed emotions. Let me reassure you – you are not alone and this group is for you. As a babyloss mama myself, this group is near and dear to my heart.
